Substitute teachers

In my generation when students hear a substitute will take over class we immediately think we're going to take over them. And seriously they are so delirious we can't help but to take advantage.

Child Development - So this lady in her 50's walks in and you know she looks like a wise, respectable person but in the end she was a nightmare. Oh my damn she removed three students from the classroom, unacceptably rude, know-it-all, fought with everyone INDIVIDUALLY, and a straight up bitch. At first she wanted to let everyone know about herself so she summed up some events in her life, and then a student related something in her life to the substitute's story and then the substitute stopped her and said "Excuse me, but I believe I'm telling my story". What? Really? That self-centered? This is not a good sign, and as the period progresses on more conflict arose. We were working on making posters and this one guy sat all the way in the back on a computer listening to music, not doing anything wrong or disturbing class and this substitute ordered him to put his music away. He refused to do so and she pretty much argued with him about challenging her authority. This lasted for maybe ten minutes, telling him to stand in the corner. The corner? This is fucking high school, we don't stand in corners. After giving up she got an administrator to remove him. Looking for more trouble she is now yelling at this girl for putting her feet on a seat. If you could've yelled at anyone why pick on the quiet girl just resting her feet? Telling her to not say anything back because her intelligence was not on her level. She pretty much called the girl stupid. Class is almost over get me away from this crazy lady!! But nooooooo one more fight. In our school our Juniors and Seniors are allowed to go off campus for lunch. This girl was late to class because her car got rear ended, with no compassion the substitute marks her as late and then explains how it is unacceptable to arrive to class late. Uhhhh THIS GIRL JUST WENT THROUGH A TRAUMATIC CAR ACCIDENT. This girl got really offended and they had a calm argument for the longest time. The bell ring and the substitute says "Well you have to leave now, and you have yet to prove your point, this just shows not fight with your elders". So just because the bell rung you think you won that? No, you haven't, using that as a win? How pathetic. So after all this fighting everyone left the classroom a mess and it was her fault for not instructing us to clean up.

Food Technology - Now in this class you really have to watch and interact with the students because we don't know all the components of food and what they do when they come together. We have a regular substitute who is very out of place, like sometimes I don't even know she's there. She tries very hard to interact with everyone but it just doesn't happen. While not paying attention, three guys were brought back to the classroom by an administrator because she failed to realize they had left the class. Way to go lady. Then this group was making cupcakes and they accidentally used confectioners sugar instead of flour, and so they dumped it down the sink. Now let's think what's wrong with that, sugar + down the sink = build up in the pipes. Once again substitute was unaware of this happening so now we have clogged pipes.

Now I know not all substitutes are bad or whatever but these past few ones have low attention spans. You really have to watch over us, we still little devils that will cause trouble without even knowing it sometimes. It was hard to watch these people talk down to my peers, but in most cases it's best to keep to ones business.

Chinese New Years

Year of the Tiger as well as the same day as Valentine's Day. How weird, but good food. Actually Chinese New Years Eve is the best food because on the actual day you're suppose to relax and not do any cleaning or cooking or work. But first, must present food to dead grandparents and pray to them.

Anyway, on the Valentine's part, spent today talking to a special guy, Denny. Though I met him through a game I must say I have a lot of love for him. He's there to talk to, he says stupid things just to get me to smile, and compliments me everyday. I feel like I'm actually worth something. I Love You Denny Shek<3

Valentine's School Day

Cary High is a very school spirited, so to celebrate Valentine's Day they have "Singing Valentines". Pretty much you pay the chorus to disrupt class and sing to your significant one. And though it's a nice break from whatever the hell I was suppose to learn this year they weren't that great. But hey, I don't sing anything besides the Pokemon theme song.

School? What did we learn?

Yeah, iunno what I've been learning or like anything...but let's get through today with a smile!

First period is Discrete Math. This is the easiest advance math ever hence why I took it. We DON'T get homework, we just work a little harder in class. The only problem is how my teacher teaches. Sometimes near the end of a problem she'll turn around and look at the class like "Did I do this right?" What the fuck? WE'RE THE ONES WHO ASKED YOU. Most of the time it's just minor little mistakes but I find it odd how it's like a learning process for both teacher and student. We teach them how to teach and they teach us whatever the hell the lesson is o.o

Next up is Food Technology my favorite class with one of my favorite teachers Mrs. Smith :D

That would be chocolate taffy AKA tootsie rolls. This is something she made and handed out bits and pieces to everyone.

So for today's lesson we got to make our own taffy. Ohhh my damn it was so weird. At first my group and I messed up but but that's okay, we started over.

So it came out too cold and it was very unmanageable. When we were stretching it out there were some parts that were really sharp and we almost stabbed ourselves. So we threw it away lawlll. But today was only an experiment day, tomorrow we make it for real 0.0

Third period is Child Development. This is a class I never signed up for, I actually am not fond of kids. They are annoying, know it all little brats! Taking this class was probably the last thing I ever wanted to do. I plan on attempting to switch out of this class somehow, but then I don't know what else to take. My counselor mentioned Modern Dance, but I pretty much lawled at that idea too. Another reason I don't like this class is because of my classmates. I have no idea why but I notice every once in a while some fellow students will be whispering to each other and looking at me and it's just questionable. I feel like an outcast and a bit discouraged for the rest of the period. No, I am not imagining these thing. If I could take a picture and prove my point I would, but how creepy would that be?

Chemistry, way to end a day. After our little five day vacation I forgot we had a quiz today. A fucking quiz right after an unexpected break, oh my damn I really hope I passed that stupid quiz. Not to mention tomorrow we have a test, this class is killing me. Afterwards we were brushing up on factor labeling which was okay, I still don't understand it fully but ehhh I'll get it in time. By the way, today we got an hour delay from school so bitches I get to go home early!

First blog o.o

Sooo, I have just somewhat enjoyed a five day vacation away from school. Three snow days in a row? And theres not even three inches of snow out there? LAWL FUCKING LAWL. This brings back the days when living in New York where we still had to go to school in three FEET of snow. Fun stuff I know. Although, so many people complain about snow...how can you not like snow? Jerkkkss. Oh well, this snowfall is a piece of shit anyway. Can't even form a snowball DX

Today I woke up and my mother made muffins...so FYI she makes American dishes really bad. Like really bad, you can't even tell what kind of muffin it is till you eat it WHICH I didn't want to in the first place .__.

There is about a dozen sitting in my kitchen and they will not be eaten...or at least not by me! Someday I would like to tell my mother that her American cooking sucks but ehhhh I feel for the old lady. Anyway, it's kind've late right now and I should be asleep! Hope you guys aren't like eating or about to eat because that picture is gross and might disturb your appetite. I'm really sorry if you are @_@
